GCC Holds 16th Meeting of Social Affairs Experts to Advance Joint Social Policy

The Executive Bureau of the Council of Ministers of Labor and Social Affairs in GCC countries convened the 16th Meeting of Social Affairs Experts via videoconference, with the participation of the GCC Secretariat General and representatives from the ministries of social development in the member states. The meeting forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen regional integration and advance shared priorities in social protection and development.
Participants reviewed key elements of the GCC social agenda, including preparations for the GCC General Conference on Social Work, which serves as a unified platform for presenting national experiences, exchanging promising practices, and reinforcing regional and international partnerships.
